At BWP Enterprises, we are a seasoned event management and production company with over 20 years of experience in crafting exceptional events. Our main focus is on creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. We thrive on connecting people and empowering others, and our goal is to deliver excellence and make a lasting impact on minds, hearts, and communities worldwide.
 
We have two main areas of expertise within our business.

The first is The Black Education Expo, a K-12 event series that we host semi-annually. This event is specifically designed for students aged 5-18 and their parents. The Black Education Expo serves as an Education & Enrichment Resource Event, igniting Black brilliance through access and community. We provide the latest education and enrichment resources, with a specific focus on centering communities of color. This includes culturally relevant exhibitors, informative workshops for parents and caregivers, and teens. This event offers our clients, including vendors and sponsors, the opportunity to connect with a highly motivated audience of families and community members who are actively seeking their products or services.

In addition to The Black Education Expo, we have the Queen V Collective, where we specialize in handling special event productions. Through Queen V Collective, we offer a wide range of services to create memorable and unique experiences for our clients.

Victoria “Queen V” Williams, M.A. is the CEO of BWP Enterprises. She hails from a family of entrepreneurs and has a formidable background in project management, special events, and group travel. Queen V is the name that embodies both royalty and exceptional experiences. This Los Angeles native has wanderlust woven into her DNA, but her vision extends far beyond picture-perfect postcards. Over the past twenty years, she has crafted hundreds of engaging events and educational initiatives, from glitzy galas to corporate board retreats to charity golf tourneys and conferences where the learning is anything but elementary (and the attendees often number in the 1,000s!).
